Conveyancer Position

We are a high street firm with two offices in the Staffordshire Moorlands (Leek and Cheadle) providing all aspects of private client and business legal advice. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic solicitor looking for a progressive opportunity, or a solicitor in a conveyancing department to join our team. Required Skills & Experience/Responsibilities:

• 4+ years’ post qualification experience is preferable
• Must possess excellent levels of client contact and responsibility
• Have the ability to run a case load of matters concerning residential sales, purchases and remortgages.
• Have previous experience of supervising junior fee earners.
• Have previous experience of CQS.
• Possess good communication skills
• You will have good academics and be LLB or equivalent
• You will have good experience of the conveyancing process.
• You will have the ability to monitor, manage, control and implement a high volume case load
